Why your deposit can take a little longer
Some deposits arrive almost instantly, while others need a bit more time. If you deposited with crypto, the transaction must first be confirmed on the blockchain. This is a normal step and happens outside of Cazzy Games. The speed depends on the crypto network and the number of confirmations needed. Want to learn more about this? Manual payment checks
Sometimes our team also checks payments manually. This helps us keep deposits safe, correct, and secure for all players. If your deposit needs a manual review, it can take a little longer before the funds show in your account balance.
What you can check
