If you enter incorrect details during signup, do not worry. You can fix many account details quickly from your account area. Go to My Account, check the information on your profile, and update the details that need changing. This helps keep your account safe, helps us contact you when needed, and makes account checks much smoother.
What should you correct?
Check your personal details carefully, especially your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and address. These details should match your real information. If your account details do not match your documents, it can slow down verification or cause issues when you use account features. For more information about the verification process, read How long does account verification take?.
When you can update it yourself
You can update many details directly in your profile. Open My Account, make the correction, and save your changes. After that, check the page again to make sure everything looks right. Using correct details from the start keeps your account clean, simple, and ready to use.
When you should contact support
Some details cannot be changed by you after signup. This can happen when the information is linked to account security, legal checks, or identity verification. If a field is locked, contact our support team and explain what needs to be corrected. Add the correct information clearly, so the team can help you faster.
Why correct details matter
Accurate account details help protect your account and support a smooth experience. They also help us follow the rules in our Terms and Conditions and our KYC Policy. We also handle personal data with care, as explained in our Privacy Policy. If you spot a mistake, fix it as soon as possible or contact support right away. That way, your account stays secure, your details stay up to date, and you can enjoy Cazzy Games with confidence.
